John delivers above and beyond. We had a sudden death in the family and needed help selling a home while acting as executor of an estate. We live hours away, and he was our eyes and ears on the property the entire time. He does this full time which made him stand out from the numerous part time agents we reviewed. He's well connected in the area and was able to secure both a deep clean and a floor cleaning prior to listing the day once we signed our contract with him. He modifies his communication style based upon your preference (call, text, email) and is just a really pleasant person to work with. I would absolutely suggest him for any family or friends in the area.
Earnest money is given by the buyer to the seller when a real estate purchase contract is accepted. The money is a good faith offering to the seller that you will perform on the agreed upon contract.
